At Key, training begins on your first day and continues throughout your career. You will have opportunities to learn through online or classroom training, simulation training, and on-the-job coaching.

Health, Safety and Environment (HSE)

Safety is our number one priority so we take pride in providing a comprehensive safety training program. Employees learn to recognize and prevent hazards in the work they do through classroom, hands-on simulation, and on-the-job coaching.

Technical Training & Certified Programs

Our field employees attend certification programs that identify them as the best-trained and best-performing in their jobs positions. These programs include technical training on our products and services, mentoring and coaching, and various production positions.

Operations Management Associate Program

The Operations Management Associate Program is designed to further develop the skills of recent university graduates. Associates work side-by-side with experienced employees on challenging assignments in various locations. The program provides opportunities for them to learn about our culture, the industry and what we do, while finding more than just a beginning career.
