Key recently unveiled its groundbreaking employee training program, "Rising Star." Developed specifically to provide the highest caliber of training and education to Key's top performing employees, the program is unparalleled in the well services industry.

At our corporate office in Houston, for example, Rising Stars take part in a specially developed, 12-point curriculum that teaches technical, occupational and interpersonal skills. The goal is to equip employees with job-related expertise as well as skills marketable beyond the oilfield services industry. Courses include:
