Kimberly R. Frye
Senior Vice President and General Counsel

Kimberly R. Frye was promoted to Senior Vice President and General Counsel in July 2008. Ms. Frye joined the Company in October 2002 and has served as its Associate General Counsel.

Ms. Frye received her B.S. from the University of Alabama in 1991 and her J.D. from the University of Houston in 1997.
